For the foreseeable future, order processing and shipping times to the United States may vary due to on-going changes with the US Administration. This includes everything from documentation requirements to new import fee regulations or rate changes. We apologize in the event that your order is delayed. At this time, we continue to navigate a changing, and challenging, environment.
Service Update Regarding De Minimis Removal, Import Duty Rate Changes
Providing you with quality prescriptions at the best possible prices remains our number one objective. With the upcoming changes to U.S. import legislation taking effect February 24, 2026, we would like to update you on the current state of affairs;
We currently contract with seven licensed dispensaries in five different countries. Each dispensary is currently operational and in compliance with the latest regulations. While this can change in a moments notice, we will exhaust every effort to give you the best possible options for your medication needs
All partner dispensaries are currently in compliance with new customs declaration and prepayment procedures. Effective February 24, 2026, import duties and fees have changed – and we anticipate that they will continue to change over time. You will be quoted the most accurate and up to date import fees at the time of which you place your order. Duties and import fees must be prepaid. Please note that import fees are non-refundable per the third-party clearance company – this include cases where packages are undeliverable.
You can expect an administration fee on a per-order basis. These administrative costs are to cover the costs of clearing your package for acceptance/delivery. We will continue to work with our partners to minimize these costs and will adjust pricing when possible.
Delivery timelines are more difficult to predict. While we will continue to ship orders as quickly as possible, additional customs processing may extend delivery times beyond the usual four-week window. If you require your medication urgently, we recommend placing orders early or filling at a local pharmacy to avoid any interruption in your regimen. We estimate that shipping will take between four to six weeks.
Our Contact Center is experiencing higher-than-usual call volumes as customers inquire about the new rules. Hold times may be longer, but our team is working hard to assist everyone as quickly as possible. We encourage you to use our online self-service options whenever possible. Our processing times will vary.
We are suspending our price matching policy until further notice.
Reshipments will be processed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to additional costs.
