Accessing Dependant Accounts
Due to new regulations, orders for dependants under the age of 18 and pets cannot be placed directly using a dependant's account. We are no longer offering direct access to such accounts via our website.
You can still contact us directly to place orders, check statuses, or manage the profile for this patient and we'll be happy to assist.
We hope to soon be able to provide online access to such accounts via guardian member accounts in our system. As a guardian member, you will need to ensure that you have an account created under your name with us and additionally contact us to associate your dependant's account with yours so that you may eventually manage their account on their behalf.
